Sit Ups







The sit-up is an abdominal strength training exercise commonly performed with the aim of strengthening the hip flexors and abdominal muscles.
 The basic abdominal exercise, everyone knows it. To perform this exercise lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor, place your hand behind your head and curl your torso off the floor.
